In Malay "Murid" means student

Here is the origin of the word "murid". From the verb "he wanted"


أَرَادَ يُرِيْدُ إرَادَةً فهو مُرِيْدٌ وذاك مُرَادٌ أَرِدْ لا تُرِدْ
